OPS Exhibit Panels Fundraiser

Want to help OPS purchase exhibit panels for Plein Air Southwest Competition, Show & Sale? We need 25 panels. In the past we have borrowed/rented panels for the show from two art groups and that opportunity has closed.  Our goal is to raise  $3500.00 have our own and the Galveston Historical Foundation will provide storage
