A Plein Air Competition Event

OCTOBER 14 -19, 2024

ABOUT THE EVENT:  This is a membership paint out competition event presented by the Outdoor Painters Society and Kerr Arts And Cultural Center, Kerrville, Texas.  Artists will compete for $5000+ in awards and paint for 6 days  at selected locations within the city of Kerrville, and the surrounding Hill Country area. This is an "open competition" that will be capped at 50 artists - with additional registrations wait listed. Competition artists will have the opportunity to interpret Kerrville and the Hill Country as only a plein air painter can.  The Exhibition will be in the Kerr Arts & Cultural Center.  A percentage of sales from the exhibition will benefit KACC.
